Why attend

One day on the future of talent and work

AI is changing what skills matter, which roles exist, and how people move from school into careers. The Workforce Summit brings the whole pipeline into one room — from K-12 and higher education to employers and the workforce — to ask what each of us should be doing now.

🔗

Follow the full pipeline.

From classroom to first job to lifelong reskilling, in one connected conversation.

🏛️

Hear from leaders who decide.

Policy and academic leaders, CEOs, Chief Learning Officers, and the researchers mapping where jobs are heading.

🧭

Leave with direction.

Actionable signals for educators, employers, and leaders on what to build and change next.

What to expect

The full spectrum, from workforce policy to the student journey

The day opens with academic and economic framing, moves through the changing shape of work and corporate learning, and returns to the student journey from school to career before closing. Expect keynotes, panels, and fast-moving lightning talks across the day.

Build shared understanding across K-12, higher education, and employers about what the AI-era workforce needs and how education can deliver it.

Examine how existing roles are changing — from marketer to programmer, teacher to lawyer, designer to consultant — and the new skills each demands.

Surface the new roles AI is creating, and what training and credentialing they require.

Examine how to upskill and reskill the existing workforce as AI changes the work itself, across different models and partnerships.

Consider the student journey: from high school guidance to the hiring manager's desk.

🗓️ Full agenda and speaker announcements coming soon.

Strategy Collaborative AIxEd helps set the field's direction.

Join us at the Strategy Collaborative — an invite-only working day shaping where AI in education is heading.

The day before the Summit, AIxEd hosts the Strategy Collaborative: an invite-only working day that brings around 120 leaders from across education to take stock of where AI in education stands and where it is heading.

The insights carry forward with articles in collaboration with Harvard Data Science Review, and they shape the conversation at the Summit the next day.

It is part of what makes AIxEd more than an event: a driving platform of strategy for AI in education.
